This morning I woke up to a peculiar feeling. My feet were hanging off the edge of the bed and something was biting on my toes. I rolled to one side and opened one squinty-eye…there was an Ashland grabbing onto my right foot and munching on my toes! Of course this is a daring and ballsy maneuver to try because my socks generally are considered hazardous waste and/or biohazard zones. But Ashland is a fearless liger and toe muncher!
Ashland has been wanting to sit up on his own lately.
So this morning I helped assist him in doing his morning workout sit-ups. Up down, up down. And 1 and 2 and 3 and 4…going to be one buff baby boy!
Ashland was very happy to be working out! Then when I let go completely, he would sit for about 10-30 seconds before leaning to the side & letting out mini-grumbles.

For some reason, Ashland isn’t all that interested in toys now. He spends every waking hour trying to ‘go somewhere’. He works on sit-ups (no joke! He grabs your fingers and pulles himself up to sitting position from his back!), he can stand pretty well with support and always trying to walk, he tries to crawl when he is tummy down, and all the other times, he is kicking around!
