Here’s Ashland and his Lion. Ashland’s super stylish outfit is from Allison, the lighting doesn’t do it justice, it has really neat bird siluette print on the shirt. Ashland is about to eat his Lion who is looking smaller and smaller to me everyday!

Ashland reached out to pet (…more like grab, I suppose!) oskar’s head a few times today! He even tried to grab Oskar’s tail as he swished by. I couldn’t get him to reach for his toys though, maybe it’s just not as intesting as a Cat. He’s been blowing bubbles and drooling a bit, I hope he isn’t teething already 
Ashland getting ready to go out to dinner. He is wearing the super fun booties from his Ojiichan’s colleague in Japan (Thank you! They are really cute and they stay on his wiggly feet really well!).
Ashland likes to eat his Lion (he is a leopard named Lion…) who is his changing table buddy. Just so you know, we didn’t pick out that colorful polkadot cover, immi snuck that into the babiesRus cart, and we bought it by accident.

We are finding that Ashland is a lot more *finicky* than his sister was at his age. He hates his car seat, he doesn’t much like formula (and he won’t take it from a bottle he doesn’t like), he likes to be held the certain way (in upright position, hanging over my shoulder) and he isn’t happy when he doesn’ have his blanket when he gets tired. But then if all the requirements are met, he is actually very happy, easy going, and sleeps very well — except between 6:00–9:30pm when he is just not all that happy.
